Ingredients
- 1 kg (2 pounds) tomatoes, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium white onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoon pickled jalapenos chopped
- 2 cups cheese cracker crumbled
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- ¼ cup parmesan
- 3-4 basil sprigs sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
