- ยฝ cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream
- ยฝ cup cream cheese
Prawns (Shrimp)
- 300 g (10 oz) prawns, cleaned
- salt and pepper
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 garlic clove minced
- olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan placed over medium heat. Cook cauliflower rice for 4-5 minutes. Season cauliflower with some salt and pepper, add cream, garlic, bacon, sour cream, cream and cream cheese.
