Melt butter in a medium saucepan placed over medium heat. Cook cauliflower rice for 4-5 minutes. Season cauliflower with some salt and pepper, add cream, garlic, bacon, sour cream, cream and cream cheese. Mix well and bring to a boil, transfer into a casserole dish.
400 g (14 oz) cauliflower rice, 2 tablespoon butter, ½ cup cooked bacon, 1 garlic clove, ½ cup sour cream, 1 cup cream, salt and pepper, ½ cup cream cheese
Bake cauliflower rice base for 15 minutes.
