Now, cook the pasta for ยฝ the time shown on the package. Drain it and set it aside.
Melt the butter over medium heat in a small skillet then add in the garlic and chili flakes. Cook this mixture, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Then, pour it into a small bowl and set it aside for later.
In a large stockpot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until tender. Drain and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
