- 3 tablespoon butter melted
- ยฝ cup cheese crackers crumbled
- 400 g (14 oz) chicken tenders, cut in half
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 1 ยฝ cups broccoli florets
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ยฝ onion chopped
- 2 thyme sprigs
- 2 ยฝ cups chicken stock
- 1 ยฝ cups cheese shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190C/350F.
- Heat up a large pan with a bit of olive oil and brown chicken pieces on both sides quickly. Donโt forget to season chicken with salt and pepper.400 g (14 oz) chicken tenders, cut in half
- Remove chicken pieces and saute onion for 5 minutes. Add broccoli florets and cook for 5 minutes more. Season with garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Return chicken pieces back into the pan, mix with rice.1 ยฝ cups broccoli florets, 2 garlic cloves, ยฝ onion, 2 thyme sprigs, 1 cup long-grain rice
