⏲️Chef's Tip
Creating a delicious spinach casserole with feta involves a few key techniques and tips:
Properly Thaw Frozen Spinach
Ensure that your frozen spinach is thoroughly thawed and dried before using it in the recipe. Excess moisture can make the casserole watery. Pat the spinach dry with paper towels to remove any excess liquid.
Seasoning is Key
Don't be afraid to season your dish generously. The combination of garlic, chili flakes, and Italian herbs adds depth and complexity to the flavors. Taste your mixture before baking and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Layer the Flavors
When mixing the spinach filling with other ingredients, make sure everything is well combined. This ensures that each bite is packed with a harmonious blend of flavors, from the creamy feta to the savory onions.
