CHICKEN FRICASSEE CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

Large Radish

Olive oil, chicken thighs, onions, mushrooms, garlic, fresh thyme, flour, white wine, milk, chicken broth, small pasta, salt and black pepper.

Season the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.  Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until seared and just browning. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook the onions until tender.  Then add in the mushrooms cooking them around 8 to 10 minutes until softened and browned.

Season with garlic and fresh thyme, then add in the flour, milk and chicken broth.  Stir and bring to a simmer.

Once the sauce has thickened, add in the pasta then pour into the prepared baking dish.  Top with the par-cooked chicken thighs and finish baking until chicken is done.
