3cupsof crispy fried chow mein noodlesbroken into pieces
3tablespoonbutter
2celery stalksliced
2small carrotschopped
1bell peppercut into cubes
1red onionchopped
3garlic clovesminced
400ml13.5 oz cream of chicken soup
2tablespoondark soy sauce
500g1 pound ground chicken
2cupscooked rice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
In a large pan melt some butter and cook vegetables over medium heat for around 10 minutes. Add garlic, cook for 30 seconds, then put in ground chicken and continue cooking, breaking the meat with a spoon, for 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Drain the liquid if needed. Season chicken with soy sauce, mix in cream of chicken soup.
3 tablespoon butter, 2 celery stalk, 2 small carrots, 1 bell pepper, 1 red onion, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 500 g 1 pound ground chicken, 400 ml 13.5 oz cream of chicken soup
Combine creamy chicken with precooked rice and stir well. Transfer into a casserole dish and top with fried chow mein. Cover the casserole dish with some foil.
