All of your favorite Tuscan flavors combine in a creamy sauce with pillowy soft gnocchi!
Olive oil, onion, chicken breast, sun-dried tomato, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic, gnocchi, white wine, cream, and Parmesan.
Cook the onions until tender then add in the chicken and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until mostly cooked and browned.
Season the chicken then add the spinach, tomatoes, heavy cream, and white wine/broth. Stir together and simmer until the sauce begins to thicken.
Then stir in the gnocchi and simmer for 4 minutes. Stir in cheese and then pour into the prepared baking dish and bake as directed.
