This tasty breakfast casserole is a fun spin on some of your favorite dishes! Filled with flavor and creamy texture!
Olive oil, onions, chili pepper, sun-dried tomato, garlic, chicken thighs, polenta, mushroom broth, heavy cream, cheddar, parmesan, and eggs.
In a skillet, saute the onions until tender. Then add the garlic, chili pepper, and tomatoes. Add the chicken, and cook for 10 minutes.
Set aside the chicken, then cook the polenta for 10 to 15 minutes in a stockpot with broth and cream. Stir constantly then add cheese.
Add the eggs and chicken mixture to the polenta then spread into the baking dish. Bake as directed and serve hot with your favorite sides.
