CHEESY KETO TACO CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

Large Radish

Olive oil, bell pepper, onion, garlic, ground beef, taco seasoning, cheddar, cream cheese, and taco sauce. 

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and cook the bell peppers and onions until tender then add the garlic and ground beef.

Artichoke

Cook the beef until no longer pink then add in the taco seasoning and cook until done.  Stir this with the cheeses and taco sauce together in a bowl.

Combine this mixture then pour into a prepared baking dish and top it with additional cheese.  Bake until heated through and cheese has melted.

Serve with your favorite keto-friendly toppings or on top of tortilla chips if carbs are not a problem! A tasty and delicious taco treat!
