HAM & CHEESE PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE

Sweet and savory combine in a perfect dish that is breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner!

INGREDIENTS

Large Radish

Flour, baking powder, oil, eggs, pineapple, ham, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, milk, mustard, salt, and cheddar cheese

Start with your batter.  Whisk together the dry ingredients, herbs and spices, and then add in the milk, eggs, and oil.  

Artichoke

Dice the ham and pineapple and place in the bottom of the baking dish along with part of the cheese.  Then pour the batter over, cover, and bake.

Remove the foil, add additional cheese, and bake it uncovered for another few minutes until the cheese has melted and is golden brown.

This is a perfect dish for picky eaters with it's sweet pineapple and salty ham.  Covered in cheese, it serves beautifully and can be added to any menu.
