CORN PUDDING CASSEROLE

This rich custard corn mixture is the perfect side at any holiday meal!  Simple and delicious it is a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

Large Radish

Whole kernel corn, eggs, butter, cornstarch, sour cream, cream cheese, chicken broth, salt, and black pepper

In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.  Then whisk in the eggs until no lumps remain. 

Artichoke

Whisk in the melted butter, broth, and salt and pepper.  Then spread the corn into a baking dish and pour the custard over the top before baking.
