Olive oil, chorizo sausage, white onion, tomato paste, garlic, tomato sauce, bow-tie pasta, Italian herbs, and mozzarella
Heat olive oil in a large skillet and add the onions. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, then add the sausage. Cook, breaking it up as it cooks, for 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through.
To the meat, add the herbs and tomato paste, then stir in the tomato sauce and simmer. Taste and add additional seasoning if desired.
Now, add the partially cooked pasta to the sauce and stir then pour into a baking dish. Slice and place the mozzarella over the top before baking.
