Use juicy bone-in chicken thighs for a delicious version of the classic chicken Parmesan casserole!
Olive oil, chicken thighs, garlic, bowtie pasta, tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and mozzarella cheese
Season the chicken thighs and then place into a hot skillet skin side down. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until golden brown but not cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add the garlic and pasta to the skillet then stir. Then, add in the tomato sauce, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Cook for another 1-2 minutes or until the sauce has combined.
Pour the pasta into the prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheese. Now place the par-cooked chicken thighs on top and bake until done.
