Seasoned meat, eggs, bread ,and tons of cheese make this tasty breakfast a great choice to make ahead and pop in the oven in the morning!
Olive oil, bell pepper, onion, garlic, ground beef, salt, black pepper, paprika, eggs, milk, ciabatta bread, and cheddar cheese.
In a large skillet, saute the onions and bell peppers for 4 to 5 minutes, or until tender. Then add in the ground beef and cook it for 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
Season the ground beef and once done cooking, set it aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and remaining spices.
Cut bread into 1" cubes and spread over bottom of baking dish. Top with meat mixture and eggs. Then cover the top with cheese and bake as directed.
