GLUTEN-FREE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Hash browns, eggs, and ground beef are the base of this delicious and naturally gluten-free breakfast bake!

INGREDIENTS

Large Radish

Ground beef, onion, eggs, salt, black pepper, sour cream, milk, cheddar cheese, and hasbrowns

In a large skillet, cook the onions until tender, then add in the ground beef and cook until no longer pink.  Season as desired.

Add the hash browns to the beef mixture and set it aside.  Then, whisk together the eggs, milk, and sour cream until smooth.

Spread the beef and potato mixture onto the bottom of a baking dish then pour the egg mixture over the top.  Sprinkle the top generously with cheese before baking.
