6 vegan sausages cut into pieces 1 medium onion cut into cubes 1 celery stick sliced 1 medium carrot cut into cubes 1 ½ cups tomato sauce 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 2-3 thyme sprigs leaves only 1 can 400 g white beans, drained and rinsed 2 tablespoon vegan butter
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
Melt butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Saute onion, carrot and celery, cook for 10 minutes.

Stir in sausages and beans, pour tomato sauce, season with paprika, sugar, thyme, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
6 vegan sausages, 1 ½ cups tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 can, 2-3 thyme sprigs
Bake for 20 minutes, serve with garlic butter toast.
