Ingredients
  

  • 6 vegan sausages cut into pieces
  • 1 medium onion cut into cubes
  • 1 celery stick sliced
  • 1 medium carrot cut into cubes
  • 1 ½ cups tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2-3 thyme sprigs leaves only
  • 1 can 400 g white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon vegan butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
  • Melt butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Saute onion, carrot and celery, cook for 10 minutes.

  • Stir in sausages and beans, pour tomato sauce, season with paprika, sugar, thyme, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
