Ingredients
  

  • 300 g 10 oz cremini mushrooms, cut into quarters
  • 500 g 1 pound turkey breast, cut into pieces
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 300 g 10 oz spaghetti
  • 1 ¼ cup chicken stock
  • cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • cup milk
  • cup mozzarella shredded
  • cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon dry oregano
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ medium white onion chopped
  • ½ cup cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  • In a large pan, heat up olive oil and brown turkey pieces on both sides, season with salt and pepper.

  • In a small bowl combine breadcrumbs with olive oil and parmesan cheese.
