Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
In a large pan, heat up olive oil and brown turkey pieces on both sides, season with salt and pepper.

Remove turkey from the pan, add butter and saute onion for 3-4 minutes. Stir in mushrooms, cook for 10 minutes. Add oregano and garlic, cook for 30 seconds more.

Mix everything with flour, cook for 30 seconds, then add wine and chicken stock. Pour in milk and mix in cream cheese, let it melt.

Add turkey, peas and half-boiled spaghetti. Bring to a boil and transfer into a baking dish and top evenly with mozzarella.
300 g 10 oz spaghetti, ⅔ cup frozen peas, ⅔ cup mozzarella
In a small bowl combine breadcrumbs with olive oil and parmesan cheese.
½ cup panko breadcrumbs, 3 tablespoon olive oil, ⅓ cup parmesan cheese
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes.
