1 sheet puff pastry 20 cocktail sausages 1 ½ tablespoon grainy mustard ½ teaspoon paprika 2 eggs ⅔ cup full-fat cream 1 cup cheese
Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into triangles. Wrap each sausage into a pastry triangle and pinch the edges. Place sausage into a baking tray.
