Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 20 cocktail sausages
  • 1 ½ tablespoon grainy mustard
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • cup full-fat cream
  • 1 cup cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut into triangles. Wrap each sausage into a pastry triangle and pinch the edges. Place sausage into a baking tray.

  • Whisk eggs with paprika, mustard, cream, salt and pepper.
