The combination of savory pepperoni, creamy mozzarella, and perfectly cooked pasta of Pepperoni Pasta Bake creates a dish that’s both comforting and exciting.
Heat up a skillet with some olive oil and saute onions and bell peppers for 10 minutes. Add tomato paste and garlic, cook for 1 minute. Add pepperoni slices, cook for 5 minutes.
1 white onion, 1 tbe tomato paste, ⅔ cup sliced pepperoni
Mix in olives, tomato sauce and chicken stock. Bring the sauce to a boil, cook for 5 minutes.
1 can, ¾ cup chicken stock, ⅓ cup sliced black olives, salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water for 3-4 minutes. Drain.
300 g 10 oz pasta
Mix pasta with tomato sauce and ½ cup shredded mozzarella.
1 cup mozzarella
Transfer the pasta into a baking dish, top with shredded mozzarella, sliced mozzarella and some pepperoni slices. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve topped with some olives and fresh basil.
