  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 overripe bananas peeled and mashed
  • ¼ cup smooth peanut butter slightly heated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
  • Combine bananas with peanut butter, egg and honey. Add oats, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Mix well.
