2 cups quick-cooking oats 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract a pinch of salt 2 overripe bananas peeled and mashed ¼ cup smooth peanut butter slightly heated 1 egg 2 tablespoon honey
Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
Combine bananas with peanut butter, egg and honey. Add oats, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Mix well.
