60 g ½ cup butter, melted ⅔ cup coconut milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup self-rising flour ½ cup sugar ½ cup almond flour 1 can peaches halves 2 ½ teaspoon corn flour ½ cup brown sugar 1 ½ cup boiling water ½ cup honey
Preheat the oven 180C/350F. Grease 11×8-inch baking cocotte with butter.
In a large bowl whisk milk, butter and vanilla with sugar. Add a mix of almond flour and self-rising flour, stir to combine.
