1 ½ tablespoon miso paste 3 tablespoon soy sauce 6 chicken drumsticks 1 medium broccoli cut into florets 300 g 10 oz basmati rice 2 ½ tablespoon honey 600 ml 20 fl.oz boiling chicken stock sesame seeds sliced scallions
Whisk miso with soy sauce and honey. Combine marinade with chicken and let it marinade for 3 hours up to overnight.

Drain marinade into a cup. Layer chicken onto a parchment covered baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 200C/400F.
Pour rice into a casserole dish, add broccoli florets on top and pour reserved marinade over. Layer chicken on top and pour boiling stock in.

Bake for 20 minutes.
