Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ tablespoon miso paste
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 medium broccoli cut into florets
  • 300 g 10 oz basmati rice
  • 2 ½ tablespoon honey
  • 600 ml 20 fl.oz boiling chicken stock
  • sesame seeds sliced scallions

Instructions
 

  • Whisk miso with soy sauce and honey. Combine marinade with chicken and let it marinade for 3 hours up to overnight.

  • Drain marinade into a cup. Layer chicken onto a parchment covered baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 200C/400F.

  • Pour rice into a casserole dish, add broccoli florets on top and pour reserved marinade over. Layer chicken on top and pour boiling stock in.

  • Bake for 20 minutes.
