Whisk ½ cup of soy sauce, add lime, brown sugar, 4 garlic cloves, ginger and chili. Submerge chicken in the marinade and set aside for 2 hours.
½ cup dark soy sauce, 3 tablespoon lime juice, 2 tablespoon brown sugar, 4 garlic cloves, 1 ½ tablespoon minced fresh ginger, 1 teaspoon chili flakes, 8 chicken thighs
Heat some vegetable oil in a large pan. Pat chicken pieces dry and brown each over the high heat, making sure the pieces are still raw in the middle.
Afterwards saute some onions with vegetable oil for 3 minutes, add broccoli florets and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes. Add garlic, mix for 30 seconds and stir in some cooked rice and soy sauce.
