Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 white onion chopped
  • cup pickled jalapenos chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • cup sour cream
  • 2 rotisserie chicken breasts shredded
  • 1 can 400 g/14 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 4 tortillas sliced into triangles
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded
  • crushed tortilla chips

  • chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Heat some olive oil in a large cast iron skillet, placed over medium heat. Cook bell peppers and onions for 10 minutes.
