  • 1 ½ cup rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 2 cups sharp cheese shredded
  • 2 cups bechamel sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapenos chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup pasta water
  • 150 g 5 oz bacon, cut into pieces and cooked until crispy
  • ¼ cup scallions sliced
  • ½ cup herbed cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  • Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water ½ of the time that is listed on the packaging. Set ½ cup of pasta water aside.
