  • 400 g 14 oz creamed corn
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoon brown sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup roasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ cup full-fat cream
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Grease 11×8-inch baking cocotte with butter.
  • In a large bowl whisk eggs with brown sugar, oil, a pinch of salt and cornstarch. Add melted butter and cream, mix well.
