400 g 14 oz creamed corn 1 cup corn kernels 3 eggs 3 tablespoon brown sugar a pinch of salt ¼ cup roasted sesame seeds 2 tablespoon cornstarch ½ cup full-fat cream ¼ cup butter melted 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Grease 11×8-inch baking cocotte with butter.
In a large bowl whisk eggs with brown sugar, oil, a pinch of salt and cornstarch. Add melted butter and cream, mix well.
