Season chicken with chicken seasoning mix and salt (if needed).
6-8 chicken drumsticks, 1 ½ tablespoon chicken seasoning
Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron pan placed over medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides.

Remove chicken onto a separate place and add more olive oil into the pan if needed. Add onions and saute for 5 minutes. Mix in mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes more. season with salt, pepper and add garlic.
1 medium white onion, 200 g 7 oz mushrooms, chopped, 2 garlic cloves
Stir in risoni pasta and mix well.

Transfer pasta and mushrooms into a casserole pan, place chicken drumsticks on top. Carefully pour cream and chicken stock into the casserole dish and transfer it into the oven.
