For the cobbler ½ cup butter 1 cup sugar 3 tablespoon dark cocoa powder 1 cup almond milk 2 cups self-rising flour 2 teaspoon vanilla extract For the topping 1 ¼ cups sugar ½ cup cocoa powder 1 ½ cups boiling water
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
Place butter into a 9x13 baking pan and place into a preheating oven just until it melts completely.

Meanwhile whisk sugar, flour and cocoa in a large bowl. Pour in almond milk and vanilla, mix until smooth and thick batter forms.

Pour the batter on top of the melted butter. Do not stir.
Mix sugar and cocoa for the topping, sprinkle on top of the batter, do not stir. Carefully pour boiling water on top.
