Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 700 g 1 ½ pounds chicken thighs, sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • ½ medium carrot chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 300 ml 10 fl.oz bechamel sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup cheese shredded
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
  • Melt butter over medium heat. Cook onion for 5 minutes, add carrots, cook for 5 minutes more. Finally mix in broccoli florets and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Remove vegetables from heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil and cook until browned. Mix chicken with vegetables. Add milk, bechamel sauce and sour cream, season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil.

  • Transfer chicken and vegetables into a baking pan and top with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.

  • Combine breadcrumbs with melted butter, sprinkle on top. Bake for 10 minutes.
