Ingredients
  

  • 12 no-boil lasagna sheets
  • 400 ml 13.5 oz alfredo sauce
  • 1 1//2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 ½ cups roasted chicken chopped
  • 150 g 5 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • ½ cup roasted bell peppers chopped
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella
  • cup full-fat cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  • In a large bowl combine alfredo sauce with chicken, lemon juice, spinach, peppers, salt and pepper.

  • Lay first layer of lasagna pasta sheets on the bottom of the casserole dish. Top with ¼ the chicken alfredo filling, sprinkle with some cheese. Repeat the layers until you fill up the casserole dish. Finish with cheese and ⅔ cup of cream. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove the foil 5 minutes before removing the lasagna from the oven.
