Chicken Caesar Lasagna is a delicious, comforting meal that’s perfect for any occasion. The creamy, cheesy layers combined with succulent chicken and nutritious vegetables make it a hit.
In a large bowl combine alfredo sauce with chicken, lemon juice, spinach, peppers, salt and pepper.
400 ml 13.5 oz alfredo sauce, 1 ½ cups roasted chicken, 150 g 5 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, ½ cup roasted bell peppers
Lay first layer of lasagna pasta sheets on the bottom of the casserole dish. Top with ¼ the chicken alfredo filling, sprinkle with some cheese. Repeat the layers until you fill up the casserole dish. Finish with cheese and ⅔ cup of cream. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove the foil 5 minutes before removing the lasagna from the oven.
