In a pan placed over medium heat melt some butter. Add both types of pepper and onions. Cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add ham into the pan and cook for 3 minutes more. Remove from heat.
½ yellow bell pepper, ½ red bell pepper, ½ red onion, 120 g 4 oz ham, chopped, 2 tablespoon butter
In a large bowl whisk eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
8 eggs, ½ cup milk, salt and pepper
Place the pepper and ham filling into a baking pan and top with 1 cup of cheese. Pour the egg mixture on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
1 ½ cup cheese
Sprinkle more cheese on top, then bake for 10 minutes more.
