8 slices of sandwich bread ⅔ cup crispy bacon chopped 1 ½ cups yellow cheddar shredded ¼ cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped 4 eggs 1 ½ cups milk salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
Cut off the crusts of each bread slice.
8 slices of sandwich bread
In a bowl mix together cheese, bacon, mayonnaise and parsley.
⅔ cup crispy bacon, 1 ½ cups yellow cheddar, ¼ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoon fresh parsley
Top each half of the sandwich with ¼ of the cheese mix. Top with another bread slice.
Whisk eggs with milk, salt and pepper.

Pour some of the egg mixture on the bottom of a 20x20 cm baking pan. Layer sandwiches on top and pour egg mixture over it.
