There’s something magical about a well-made casserole, and this Alfredo-Bacon Tot Casserole is no exception. From its creamy Alfredo base to its crispy golden topping, every bite is an explosion of flavors and textures that scream comfort and satisfaction.
In a large bowl combine ⅔ of the bacon, sauce, chopped greens, ⅔ of the potato tots, chicken and parmesan. Mix well.
½ cup cooked bacon, 400 ml 14 fl.oz alfredo sauce, ⅛ cup parsley, 400 g 14 oz potato tots, cooked, 1 ½ cup cooked chicken, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, ¼ cup scallions
Spread the mixture in the casserole dish, top with remaining bacon bits, parmesan and tots. Finish the casserole with sliced tomatoes.
