VEGETABLE POT PIE WITH BISCUIT TOP

Ingredients

Large Radish

Onion, mushrooms, garlic, peas, cauliflower, carrots, broth, flour, spices, biscuit topping. 

Begin by cooking down your vegetables in a large saucepan.  Add carrots, peas, cauliflower, onions, garlic, and mushrooms.

Once the vegetables are cooked, add in flour and herbs, then stir in the chicken broth and cream.  Simmer until thickened.

Pour the cream and vegetable mixture into a baking dish.  Then make the homemade biscuits and scoop on top of the casserole before baking.
