TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE WITH  POTOTO CHIP TOPPING

A classic tuna casserole is updated with delicious homemade mushroom sauce and a crispy potato chip topping!

INGREDIENTS

Large Radish

Butter, red onion, oyster mushrooms, fresh thyme, flour, milk, mushroom broth, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tuna, cheddar, egg noodles, and potato chips

Saute the onions until soft, then add in the mushrooms and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until browned and reduced.

Season then add in the flour, milk and mushroom broth.  Simmer until thickened, then add in the cheese and stir to combine.

Stir in the pasta and drained tuna then pour into a prepared baking dish and top with potato chips. Cover and bake as directed.
