CHICKEN LASAGNA

A simple lasagna made with ground chicken, tomato sauce, onion, and herbs that is sure to be a weeknight hit.

INGREDIENTS

Ground chicken, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, olive oil, tomato sauce, béchamel sauce, mozzarella cheese, and lasagna noodles.

In a large skillet, cook the onions until tender.  Then add the garlic and ground chicken and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through.

Season the chicken and then add tomato sauce.  Stir and simmer as directed.  Taste and add additional seasoning if desired.

Now you will layer the lasagna with sauce, noodles, chicken sauce, béchamel, cheese, and repeat ending with mozzarella.
