Mashed potatoes, ground turkey, whole-kernel corn, bechamel sauce, ciabatta bread, butter, Italian herbs, dried cranberries
Prepare the mashed potatoes and set them aside. Then, cook ground turkey in a skillet, until no longer pink. Add in the drained corn and béchamel sauce and stir.
In a baking dish, spread the mashed potatoes evenly, then top with the ground turkey mixture. Then, toss the bread with butter, herbs, and cranberries. Spread on top and bake.
