TERIYAKI CHICKEN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

Large Radish

Chicken thighs, cooked rice, chili pepper, mixed vegetables, pineapple, garlic, ginger, teriyaki sauce, and cornstarch.

In a large skillet, cook the chicken until it is cooked through and browning.  Then add in the garlic, ginger, and red pepper.

Add in the pineapple and mixed vegetables and stir.  Then, add the teriyaki sauce and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

Combine the chicken and vegetables with cooked rice and stir well.  Then pour into a baking dish and bake as directed before serving.
