For this casserole you will need: Milk, unsalted butter, all purpose flour, nutmeg, garlic, Parmesan, seafood mix, and cheddar cheese.
Melt butter in a large skillet then whisk in the flour to create the base of a roux. Slowly add in the milk, whisking to prevent lumps.
Add the nutmeg and Parmesan to the sauce with garlic and simmer. Then add in the seafood mix and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
