MANSAKA CASSEROLE

Seasoned ground beef and thinly sliced potatoes are layered with cheese for a tasty meal!

INGREDIENTS

Large Radish

Ground beef, onions, salt, pepper, basil, cinnamon, tomato paste, beef broth, potoes, and cheddar

Cook the onions until tender, then add in the ground beef and cook for 10 minutes or until no longer pink.  Make sure to break up the beef as it cooks. 

Artichoke

Drain off grease then season the meat and stir in the tomato paste and flour.  Add beef broth and let simmer for a few minutes.

Now layer thin sliced potatoes with the meat sauce.  Create 2 to 3 layers and then bake for 40 minutes.  Uncover and top with cheese then continue baking.

This beef and potatoes meal is a perfect hearty weeknight meal that everyone will enjoy.  Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables for a full meal.
