Sausage Rosemary Bell peppers Mushrooms Spinach Garlic Eggs Milk Cheese
Saute the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until browned.
Add the sausage and break up with a spatula until browned.
Stir in the seasonings and sliced garlic.
Stir in the spinach and allow it to wilt.
Pour the egg mixture over the sausage mixture in a casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake.
