Chili Relleno Casserole

Ingredients

Large Radish

Poblano peppers  Monterey Jack cheese  Salsa  Butter  Flour  Milk

Sauté the butter and flour until a light roux forms. 

Artichoke

Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer.

Radish

Add in the cheese. 

Persimmon

Add in the salsa.

Carrot

Layer the baking dish with cheese, mixture, and more cheese. 

Artichoke

Bake.

Persimmon
