To make this casserole: Shredded chicken, ham, cream, flour, butter, mustard, Parmesan, and Swiss cheeses.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, then whisk in the flour to make a roux. To this, add the cream and simmer on low until thickened.
Add the parmesan and part of the Swiss cheese and stir to thicken. Season to taste. Then, pour this sauce over the shredded chicken and diced ham.
