CHICKEN ALFREDO CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

Large Radish

To make this casserole:  Chicken breast, bow-tie pasta, haevy cream, chicken broth, garlic, mustard, flour, mozzarella, and Parmesan

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium and cook the chicken until no longer pink, then add in the garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Artichoke

Add the flour to the skillet and stir until it coats the chicken.  This helps give the sauce the thick consistency.

Radish

Now add in the cream and broth, stirring to combine so there are no lumps.  Let this simmer for 8 to 10 minutes on low heat.

Carrot

Cook and drain the pasta, then toss with the chicken and sauce. Pour into casserole dish and top with the mozzarella then bake.
