Serve up classic lasagna in a few new way with this tasty roll ups! Cheesy, beefy, and tons of delicious sauce in every bite!
Ricotta cheese, egg, parmesan, parsley, salt, black pepper, lasagna noodles, olive oil, onion, garlic, ground beef, Italian seasoning, tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese
In a large skillet, cook the onions until tender. Then add ground beef and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Once done, add seasonings and garlic.
In a bowl, mix together the herbs, egg, and ricotta until smooth. Set this aside and add tomato sauce to the beef and simmer until heated through.
Cook the pasta and then spread the ricotta mixture on a noodle. Top it with a heaping tablespoon of the beef sauce then roll.
Roll the noodles and place on end in a baking dish. Cover with additional sauce then a sprinkle of cheese over the top before baking.
