Use leftover turkey from the holidays to prepare this simple and satisfying casserole loaded with creamy sauce!
Pasta, mixed vegetables, olive oil, garlic, flour, milk, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, shredded turkey, mozzarella cheese
Cook the pasta for 1/2 time recommended, drain, and set aside. Then, heat the oil, veggies, and garlic in a skillet. Add in the flour, stir, then whisk in milk.
Once the sauce has thickened and no lumps remain, stir in the cream cheese until it is combined and the sauce is thickened.
Shred and stir in the cooked turkey. Then, add in the par-cooked pasta and stir to combine so the sauce coats the pasta, turkey, and vegetables evenly.
Pour the pasta and turkey mixture into a prepared baking dish, and then sprinkle the top with shredded cheese. Bake as directed.
