Onions, Apples, Carrots, Daikon radish, Garlic, Curry, Chicken stock, Coconut cream, Soy sauce, Chicken thighs Puff pastry
Saute the onions, carrots, potatoes, and daikon until browned.
Stir in the seasonings.
Pour in the coconut cream.
Whisk the cornstarch and soy sauce in a small bowl.
Add the soy sauce and chicken, stir, and simmer.
Lay the puff pasty over the top, sear, and bake.
