Potatoes Bacon Milk Sour cream Butter Cheese Scallions
Bake the potatoes until they're soft in the middle.
Saute the bacon until browned.
Cook the flour and butter together in a saute pan.
Whisk in the milk and seasonings.
Scoop out the potatoes from the skins.
Pour the roux and sour cream in with the potatoes and stir together.
Stir the bacon and scallions in with the potatoes.
